One has to admire easyjet for their constant expansion into new markets and addition of new routes. easyjet now claim to be the UK's largest airline and the route expansion underlines that claim.
At the beginning of this month, they launched a new four-times-weekly service between Edinburgh and Basel, Switzerland with one-way prices starting at £25.99.
Paul Simmons, UK regional general manager of easyJet, said: “Basel is a city full of culture, history and leisure and we are delighted to offer our Scottish travellers the chance to visit this great location.
“This new route is a superb addition to our Edinburgh portfolio which now boasts a fantastic choice of 18 routes across Europe.”
